2016-04-26S.V.Bhatt1 pages

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.8915 of 2009 ORDER :

The petitioner challenges the proceedings dated 25.07.2008, where under, the authorization of petitioner was kept under suspension.

The writ petition was admitted on 28.04.2009. Admittedly, the petitioner does not have interim order during the pendency of the writ petition. With the passage of time from 2009 till date, this Court is of the view that the substantive prayer in the writ petition need not be considered, for, by now, the respondents could have concluded the inquiry and passed appropriate orders. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any of the steps taken pursuant to the impugned proceedings, the petitioner has liberty in law to work out remedies against such decision.

With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
