In Re... v. Sri T. Dasharath,
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO SUO MOTU CONTEMPT CASE No.332 OF 2017 O R D E R :
This Suo Motu Contempt Case is registered on the ground that the respondent herein did not comply with the order dt.14.07.2016 in W.P.No.22930 of 2016.
2.
Thereafter the respondent appeared and he was advised to pass fresh order on the objection petition filed by the petitioner within a period of two (02) weeks and serve the said order to the petitioner by registered post with acknowledgment due. 3.
It is now not disputed that a proceeding dt.20.03.2017 issued by the respondent was sent to the petitioner by registered post. Therefore, I do not see any reason to proceed against the respondent for contempt of Court.
4.
Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. However, petitioner is given liberty to challenge the proceeding dt.20.03.2017, if he is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
______________________________ M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO, J 30th March, 2017.
