Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. The petitioners are stated to be claimants, who filed E.A.No.106 of 2016 in E.P.No.5 of 2013 in O.S.No.366 of 2007. The aforesaid suit was filed by the 1st respondent against the 2nd respondent herein, for recovery of amount. The said suit was decreed on 07.05.2011. After passing of the decree, the decree holder filed E.P.No.5 of 2013 and the said E.P. was contested by the judgment debtor. When the property was brought to auction, the petitioners here filed E.A.No.103 of 2016 to raise attachment and release the petition schedule property from the sale for 3/4th of their share. The said application was dismissed by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Sullurpet, by an order, dated 23.10.2017. Against the same, the petitioners preferred A.S.No.89 of 2017 before VII Additional District Judge, Guntur. Along with the said appeal, they also filed stay application. 2.

Now, it is stated that the case was adjourned to 03.04.2018 and the petitioners filed the present Civil Revision Petition challenging the very same order in E.A.No.103 of 2016. Since the said application was disposed of by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Sullurpet, and the appeal is pending, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present civil revision petition. 3.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
