I.A.Nos.04 & 05 of 2018 These two applications are filed seeking leave of this Court to compound the offences punishable under Sections 474, 420, 384,506 r/ w 34 IPC and to record compromise in C.C.No.664 of 2016 pending on the file of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Vijayawada, Krishna District, on the ground that the dispute between the parties was settled before Lok Adalat Bench on 14.07.2018 and requested this Court to pass appropriate orders.

De facto complaint and the accused are present in person and they are identified by their respective counsel and they also produced the copies of Aadhar Cards in proof of their identity. On enquiry, the parties stated that an Award was passed before Lok Adalat Bench on 14.07.2018 and they entered into compromise. However, both the parties stated that the compromise is voluntary and in the interest of both parties to lead their lives happily.

In view of the compromise between the parties and an award was passed before Lok Adalat Bench, no further orders need be passed in these petitions.

Accordingly, these two Applications are closed in view of the compromise between the parties before Lok Adalat.

Cr l.P.No.2 0 7 5 of 2 0 1 8 In view of the Orders passed in I.A.Nos.04 & 05 of 2018 and in view of compromise between the parties before Lok Adalat on 14.07.2018, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.664 of 2016 on the file of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Vijayawada, Krishna District, are hereby quashed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand dismissed.
