This Writ Petition is filed in the year 2001 and is admitted in the year 2002.

A perusal of the docket reveals that the matter underwent several adjournments. Even today also there is no representation for the petitioner either in the forenoon session and afternoon session like earlier occasions on 21.07.2016 and 02.02.2018. It appears the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter further.
