THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.21635 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

In spite of giving two opportunities, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has not received any instructions.

The petitioner's request to register the sale deed presented by him with regard to Survey No.466/13 admeasuring Ac.0.21 cents at Settipalli Village, Tirupati Urban Mandal, Chittoor District, on the basis of patta granted to his vendor in S.R.No.B/4800/93, dated 24.05.2003, is not being considered by respondent No.5.

The petitioner relies upon the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.13121 of 2011, dated 30.04.2013, wherein on the similar ground, the Sub Registrar has refused to receive and register the document pertaining to the land in Survey No.407 of the same Village. For reasons alike as were mentioned in the said order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the Sub-Registrar, Renigunta, Chittoor District, the 5th respondent, to receive and register the document presented by the petitioner in respect of the subject land without reference to the letter, dated 03.03.2015, subject to the

document presented for registration being in accordance with the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
