HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 18623 OF 2000 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ petition was filed in 2000. After January 2001, it was not placed before the Court either at the instance of the petitioner or at the instance of the respondents. No interim order was passed at any point of time.

In view thereof, the parties seem to have lost interest in prosecuting this writ petition further and hence, nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits.

Writ petition is therefore dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
