This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the Order in Rc.K2/212/2009, dated 21-02-2009, of respondent No.2, whereby the petitioner's Form- B license pertaining to distribution of Kerosene was suspended.

At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP), on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, respondent No.2 has passed a final order restoring the petitioner's Form- B license by imposing penalty of Rs.10,000/-.

In the light of the aforesaid subsequent development, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP. No.9248 of 2009, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
