THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5156 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the fifth respondent in passing the order dated 18.12.2017 ordering rectification of entries in the revenue records. This Court noticed that there is a provision of appeal against the impugned order and the petitioner is given liberty to file an appeal against the impugned order. In the meanwhile, if the petitioner files the appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, there shall be status quo with regard to the entries in the revenue records till the disposal of appeal. If no appeal is filed within that time, the status quo does not operate.
