THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1588 OF 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner herein sought for quashing the crime No.16 of 2013 on the file of Prathipadu Police Station, East Godavari District. Learned Public Prosecutor has since received instructions to inform this Court that the police after completion of the investigation have filed their report on 18.06.2013 itself disclosing that the complaint is a false one.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this petition does not survive any further for adjudication.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications if any shall also stand closed.
