The writ petition is directed against the order in Case No.PG.8/03 dated 28.05.2005. Respondents 2 to 8 are the beneficiaries. On 23.06.2011, the writ petition is dismissed for default against the contesting respondents. Since the relief is dismissed against the contesting respondents, the writ petition fails and dismissed for default.
