O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri V.Venkata Mayur, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the order dated 07.04.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9444 of 2017 has been complied with but with substantial delay. We may note that a specific time frame was fixed in the order dated 07.04.2017 passed in W.P.No.9444 of 2017, but we are inclined to take a lenient view of the said delay as the order has been complied with and affidavits were filed earlier setting out the steps taken by the respondents to comply with the said order.

The contempt case is accordingly closed. In the event the petitioner has any grievance with the regard to the computation of pension and pensionary benefits paid, it shall be open to him to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
