HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.28603 OF 2016 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that she submitted representation dated 18.07.2016 before the 2nd respondent for mutation of her name in the Adangal in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.0.84 cents in RS No.78 of Sobhanadhripuram Village, Koduru Mandal, Krishna District. As no action has been taken by the respondents, present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has to submit her application in proper form i.e. in Form VI A.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make necessary application as per rules. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make application in proper form as per rules within a period of four weeks from today and on such application being made by the petitioner, it is open for the 2nd respondent to dispose of the same, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
