This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC aggrieved by the order dated 31.03.2016 passed in E.P.No.5 of 2016 in O.S.No.1767 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the VI Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents and perused the record.

At the time of arguments, Mr. Gopesh Narayan Bung advocate representing Sri Murali Narayan Bung learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the executing Court recalled the delivery warrant dated 31.03.2016.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, no further orders need be passed in this Civil Revision Petition.
