This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.252 of 2013 of Ghatkesar Police Station, Cyberabad.

The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after full-fledged trial, the accused was found not guilty and acquitted. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
