HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.2293 of 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage the following is passed. Having perused the FIR allegations, this court is of the view that it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, investigation shall continue to its logical end. Having regard to the submission of learned counsel for petitioners that case mainly involves in survey disputes and civil in nature, the police of Kukatpally PS, Hyderabad are directed not to arrest the petitioners/accused in FIR No.55 of 2015 during the course of investigation. The petitioners/accused shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
