Heard.

Though the petitioner's licence is expired on 31-12-2008, he has been running business under the name and style of Sagar Homoeo Stores at Chikadpally, Hyderabad. Therefore, the petitioner was given a show-cause notice, dated 20-06-2015, calling upon him to submit explanation. The petitioner filed explanation on 07-07-2015. However, without there being any order passed by the 2nd respondent, pursuant to the said explanation, the petitioner seeks to challenge the said show-cause notice on the ground that under the said show-cause notice the 2nd respondent directed the petitioner to stop sale of Homoeopathy medicines with immediate effect. I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition, as the petitioner has already filed explanation before the 2nd respondent, pursuant to the impugned notice. Hence, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the explanation filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
