HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4377 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, who are defendants in O.S. No.71 of 2016 pending on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Ramannapet and perused the material on record. 2) During pendency of suit, the plaintiffs filed I.A. No.125 of 2016 and obtained ad-interim injunction orders on 26.04.2017. On filing of a memo, the learned Judge by order dated 18.07.2017 while extending the interim order posted to 26.09.2017 for enquiry. 3) Learned counsel for petitioners submitted that despite they are reporting ready, the injunction petition is not disposed of by the trial Court and in the meantime, taking advantage of the interim orders obtained in their favour, the plaintiffs alienated the property.

4) Having regard to the above, instead of keeping the revision pending and ordering notice to the respondents, it is just and necessary to sub-serve the ends of justice, to direct the trial Court to dispose of the injunction petition on merits within thirty

(30) days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order and report compliance.

5) Accordingly, the Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

6) Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
