THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P. KESHAVA RAO CRI MI NAL REVI SI ON CASE NO.445 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for respondent No.1.

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for respondent No.1 that the petitioner, pursuant to the orders passed on 6.12.2017 in impleading him as accused No.4, participated in the trial and cross-examined the witnesses.

In that view of the matter, the ground available to the petitioner that notice is not issued to him before he is arrayed as accused No.4 is not available to him. On this ground, no further cause would survive in the Criminal Revision Case. Accordingly, Criminal Revision Case is closed since no further orders are required.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
