THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.R.P. No.4881 of 2014 O R D E R :

The only grievance of the petitioner in this Revision is that I.A.No.886 of 2014 filed by him in O.S.No.717 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tirupathi seeking temporary injunction restraining the respondents from interfering with his alleged possession and enjoyment of the plaint schedule property, is not being taken up and disposed of by the Court below.

2. Since the I.A. No.886 of 2014 has been filed as long back as on 13.11.2014, the Court below is directed to hear both sides in the said I.A., and dispose of the same within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case, the respondents do not cooperate in disposal of the I.A., the Court below is at liberty to proceed ex-parte in the matter.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
