SHYAM PRASAD CONTEMPT CASE No.1513 of 2017 JUDGMENT: (Per VRS,J) Pursuant to the orders passed on 15.12.2017, the Transport Commissioner has passed an order dated 01.02.2018 reinstating into service four persons by name 1) Smt. J. Prameela, 2) M. Venkataiah, 3) Smt. M.R. Shilpa, and 4) Sri Jaya Prakash Reddy Sabbu, as Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspectors. Thus the order has been complied with. Hence the Contempt Case is closed.

2. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
