This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 12.02.2018 passed in E.A.No.3 of 2018 in E.P.No.9 of 2017 on the file of the Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for both the parties. 3.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be permitted to file a fresh application before the Executing Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the respondent is permitted to file a fresh application before the Executing Court.
