THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SARATH WRIT PETITION No.9258 of 2022 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P.Sriharsha Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Singareni Collieries Company Limited, and Sri K.Arvind Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Central Government, submitted that the identical issue raised in this writ petition fell for consideration in W.P.No.33111 of 2013 and batch, wherein a common order has been passed by the Division Bench of this Court on 26.07.2022 dismissing all the writ petitions. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner also fairly conceded the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel of Singareni Collieries Ltd., 3.

Accordingly, following the aforesaid order, the writ petition is dismissed.
