Sri S.Lakshmi Kanth, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he does not want to press for the writ petition on merits and seeks this Court indulgence to be lenient to allow the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondent-Company basing on which the respondent-Company may take appropriate decision in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Company is also fair enough to submit that the respondentCompany, on receipt of such representation within four (4) weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order shall consider the representation of the writ petitioner in accordance with law, within eight (8) weeks thereafter in accordance with law.

In view of the above submissions, the writ petition is ordered accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall also stand dismissed.
