HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.6220 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 15.12.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.45707 of 2018 and contends that the present writ petition be allowed in terms of the above said order.

Learned Government Pleader does not dispute the said submission.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 15.12.2018 in W.P.No.45707 of 2018, this Writ Petition is also disposed in terms thereof. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
