THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1033 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Mydukur, YSR Kadapa District in disposing of the I.A.No.596 of 2017 in I.A.No.513 of 2016 in O.S.No.142 of 2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner filed O.S.No.142 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Mydukur, YSR Kadapa District against the respondent seeking perpetual injunction. Along with the suit, the petitioner filed I.A.No.513 of 2016 under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 seeking interim injunction. On 29.01.2016 the trial court granted ex parte interim injunction in favour of the petitioner. Thereafter the petitioner filed I.A.No.596 of 2017 seeking police aid and that petition is still pending. At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial court to dispose of the I.A.No.596 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the learned Junior Civil Judge, Mydukur, YSR Kadapa District to dispose of I.A.No.596 of 2017 in I.A.No.513 of 2016 in O.S.No.

2016 as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
