Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus assailing the proceedings in Rc.No.C/195/2014, dated 29-12-2014 appointing the respondent No.6 herein as Mandal Coordinator, Saakshar Bharath, Lakkireddipalli Mandal, Y.S.R. District in petitioner's place and asking the petitioner to handover the charge to him even though petitioner's appointment as Mandal Coordinator, Saakshar Bharath, Lakkireddipalli Mandal, Y.S.R.
District is very much in subsistence as arbitrary, illegal, colorable exercise of power, contrary to the well established legal principles and violative of principles of natural justice apart from being violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to petitioner under Articles 14, 19, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V.R. Reddy Kovvuri, Advocate for the Petitioner, G.P. for School Education (AP) for Respondent Nos.1, 2 & 4 and Sri G. Seshadri, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.
