It is informed that AS.No.1570 of 2001, filed by the claimants, has already been decided by this Court by Order, dated 05-04-2007, and the compensation of Rs.1,12,500/-, as awarded in the LAOP, has also been enhanced to Rs.1,50,000/- per acre. A copy of the said order is placed before this Court.
