A11 these Criminal Petitions, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1,973, ate filed by the petitioners seeking to grant anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.1B7 of 2A17 of Miryalaguda Rural Pollce Station, Nalgonda District, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120 (b), 420,20L,202 and 203 read with Section 149 of I.P.C.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners; learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.

tr-earned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they are nothing to do with the alleged offence. He also submits that the petitioners do not have any criminal antecedents and that the petitioners are ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed in the event of their enlargement on anticipatory bail.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners Looking into the nature of allegations leveled against the petitioners; having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case

and in view of the peculiar conditions of pandemic COVID-19 prevailing in the Country, without delving into the rnerits of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners herein.

Accordingly, all the Criminal Petitions are allowed and the petitioners herein are granted anticipatory bail on the following terms and conditions:

(i) The petitioners are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Miryalaguda Rural Police Station, Nalgonda District, within a period of fifteen days from today, and on such surrender, they shall be released on bail on their executing personal bond to the tune of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) each with tn'o sureties each to the like amount to his satisfaction.

(ii) The petitioners sha1l also comply with the other conditions as iaid down under Section a38 Q) of Cr.P.C.
