This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in not taking steps as per the municipal law against the 9th respondent, who in collusion with the respondents 3 to 8, has made illegal construction in respect of the premises bearing No.5-60/1, Plot No.4, Survey No.464, situated at Old Alwal village, Alwal Municipality, Malkajgiri, R.R. District.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
