.....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring issuance of suspension order No.02/62(51)2015-RNG-II dated 06-10-2015 along with charge sheet with same number and date by framing charges with contradiction to the charge memo, without conducting any prima facie investigation, taking services as conducting from the driver, without obtaining the Top Punch ticket from the petitioner is as illegal, unjust, contrary to law, and violation of principles of natural justice by setting aside the suspension order, taking the petitioner into service with all consequential benefits. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Mohd. Ghouseuddin, Advocate for the Petitioner and Sri B. Mayur Reddy, Standing Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 & 2, the Court made the following ORDER:
