This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to renew the passport of the petitioner bearing No.86533025, which was expired on 17.10.2024, in accordance with the Central Government Notification dated 25.08.1993 vide c.S.R 570 (E), for a.period of t I

Though the petition is filed for renewing the passport of the i I petitioner, during the course of arguments, learned counsel for the I petitioner has restricted his prayer to the extent of directing the trial l Court for expeditious disposal of Crl.l\/ P.No.156 of 2025 in C C No.6350 of 2021 , which was filed to issue 'No objection certificate' to the petitioner to renew his passport for a period of five years in the regular course in accordance with the Central Government Notification dated 25.08.1993 vide G.S.R No.570 (E)

3. ln view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the Crl.ti/1.P.No.156 of 2025 in C.C No6350 of 2021 on the file of ll Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hyderabad, as expeditiously as
