This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the third respondent in not supplying the essential commodities to the petitioner's Fair Price Shop No.6 of Yenumulapalli village, Puttaparthi Mandal, Ananthapuram District, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law.

Permission is granted.
