HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No.5131 OF 2017 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal') passed interim order, dated 17.11.2015, which reads as under: "Pending disposal of the O.A., the respondents No.1 and 2 are directed to consider the claim of the applicant for promotion to the post of Junior Veterinary Officer in the existing vacancy on par with his juniors as the punishment of Censure awarded vide proceedings Roc No.13714/Vigi.Cell/G3/2012, dated 23.12.2013 is over on 22.12.2014, if no other punishments are subsisting." 2.

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions from the petitioner to ascertain whether the Tribunal order dated 17.11.2015 has been complied or not by the respondent authorities; and further submits that if the case of the petitioner is still pending for consideration appropriate orders be passed. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-III appearing for respondents submits that if the case of petitioner is still pending for consideration, the respondent authorities may be directed to

consider the petitioner case in terms of Tribunal order dated 17.11.2015 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition(TR) is disposed of directing respondent authorities to consider the petitioner case in terms of the Tribunal order dated 17.11.2015, if not already considered, and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

Accordingly this Writ Petition (TR) is disposed of.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
