HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 25258 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not paying the salaries to the members of the petitioner union, as illegal and arbitrary. A consequential direction is also sought to the respondents to pay salaries to the petitioners without reference to Section 116(C) of the A.P. Cooperative Societies Act.

None appeared for the petitioners.

While admitting the writ petition, this Court directed the respondents to pay salaries to the members of the petitioner union vide orders dated 02.12.2003 in WPMP No.31822 of 2003. In view of the interim orders passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
