HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.298 of 2019 ORDER :

Heard before admission and perused the impugned order in dismissal of the petition filed under Section 451 of Cr.P.C., by the learned Magistrate in Crl.M.P.No.2349 of 2018 of the crime which is covered by Excise Act, the regular Magistrate has no jurisdiction but for to approach the Deputy Commissioner of Excise concerned. Thereby the revision is dismissed with liberty to work out the remedies available under law.
