THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO M.A.C.M.A.No.3897 OF 2011 JUDGMENT:

Sri A.Rama Krishna Reddy, learned counsel, addressed a letter dated 31.10.2018 to the Registry stating that the appellantInsurance Company intends to withdraw the appeal. In view of the letter dated 31.10.2018, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The appellant shall deposit the entire compensation amount in terms of the award dated 16.03.2011 passed by the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (District Court), Vizianagaram, to the credit of O.P. No.625 of 2009 within a period of one month from today. The amount already deposited shall be given credit. On such deposit, the respondents-claimants are entitled to withdraw their respective share amounts as per the award dated 16.03.2011.
