Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo stating that the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for further adjudication since the petitioner has already handed over the possession to the temple authorities and as such the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Any interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
