ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order dated 06.12.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.44436 of 2018.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-University reported that the respondent has considered the case of the petitioner in terms of the order dated 06.12.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.44436 of 2018 and rejected vide order dated 31.08.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of compliance of the said order passed by this Court on 06.12.2018 in W.P.No.44436 of 2018, the Contempt Case is closed. It is open for the petitioner to challenge the said rejection order dated 31.08.2019, if he so desires. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
