ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/A.7 seeking to quash the proceedings in P.R.C No.5 of 2016 on the file of III Additional Munsiff Magistrate, Ongole, Prakasam District.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.7 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

3. At request of learned counsel for the petitioner/A.7, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the learned Magistrate to commit the aforesaid P.R.C. to the Court of Sessions, as early as possible. The petitioner is at liberty to renew his request in future as and when occasion arises. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
