This Criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings dated 13.09.2013 in FIR No.212 of 2013 on the file of Women P.S., Charminar (S/Z), Hyderabad. 2.
The petitioners 1 to 7 are arrayed as accused in the private complaint filed under Section 190 (1) (a) read with Section 200 Cr.P.C for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, 506 IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of D.P Act. The allegation against accused Nos.1 to 8 is that they have demanded for additional dowry and there was criminal intimidation for breach of trust committed along with cruelty. 3.
Heard arguments of learned counsel for the petitioners and learned public prosecutor vis-à-vis learned counsel for 2nd respondent.

Sri M.Sambashiva Rao, learned counsel representing Sri Prabhakar Sripada, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition has become infructuous as the matter has been compromised between the parties, and they do not want to prosecute the petition, therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition 5.
Learned counsel for the 2nd respondent also submits that the matter has been settled outside the Court.

Hence, considering the same, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
