THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.9076 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/Accused seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.200 of 2015 (Old C.C.No.462/2014) on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tiruvuru against him.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/Accused and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. A perusal of the complaint, discloses that there is material which is sufficient to proceed with the trial and prima-facie, it cannot be said that it is a fit case that the proceedings are liable to be quashed. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the learned Magistrate to proceed with the trial in C.C.No.200 of 2015 and dispose of the same. The petitioner is at liberty to raise all contentions and objections as are available under the law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
