CVNR, J & GSP, J C.M.A.No.413 of 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal is filed against order and decree dated 19.01.2015 in O.P.No.77 of 2009 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Nalgonda, whereby he has granted the decree for dissolution of marriage between the appellant and the respondent.

On a mention made by Mr. A. Jagan, learned counsel for the appellant, the case is taken up as a lunch motion. At the hearing, the appellant is personally present and she has stated that she is not intending to pursue this appeal. In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
