This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 07.12.2015, in W.P.No.5223 of 2015.

On 09.02.2018, the case was adjourned as no one represented the petitioner. Today also both in the pre-lunch session as well as post-lunch session, no one represented the petitioner. 3.

Therefore, the Contempt Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Contempt Case, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2017 (Contempt Application Nos.690 and 714 of 2017) stands dismissed as infructuous.
