THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.15530 of 2005 ORDER :

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the leaned Standing Counsel for the respondents that this Writ Petition is filed for payment of monthly salaries to the petitioner and that the amounts payable to the petitioner were already paid and to that effect, he has produced proceedings dated 29.08.2018. The said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same is accordingly closed. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
