Heard both sides.

The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: "....to issue order or orders or direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2, 3 and 4 in interfering with personal civil disputes and family matter of the petitioner's family and threatening to implicate them in false criminal cases including a case u/s 498-A as illegal misuse and abuse of statutory power and violative of Constitutional rights guaranteed under Constitution of India."

The basic grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Nos. 2 to 4 are interfering in the civil disputes and family matters of the petitioner and respondent No.5. 4.

Learned GP appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 placed on record, the written instructions dated 17.11.2014 issued by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Begumpet Division, Hyderabad, stating that they never interfered with the civil and family disputes between the petitioner and respondent No.5. As on the date of issuance of the written instructions, no case has been registered on the complaint of respondent No.5. Therefore, summoning of the petitioner does not arise.

In the light of the statement made in the written instructions, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
