The petitioner who is accused No.2 in Crime No.289 of 2015 of Jammalamadugu Urban Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 427, 307, 109 read with Section 34 I.P.C., filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

The allegations are serious in nature. Investigation is also at the early stage. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner - accused No.2 at this stage.
