THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.7971 of 2011 & 5571 of 2012 COMMON ORDER :

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners as well as respondents that the lis in these writ petitions is covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.2576 of 2011 dated 26.02.2014.

Following the said decision and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the cases, these writ petitions are also disposed of directing the respondent authorities to determine the compensation payable to the petitioners for their land acquired which was subject matter of Award No.6 of 2010, if necessary, by passing a supplementary award. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is needless to observe that if the petitioners are aggrieved by the amount of compensation granted, it is open to them to avail the remedy provided to them under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions, shall stand closed.
