HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.26297 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner is the owner of vehicle bearing No.AP 04 Y 5379. The said vehicle was seized in respect of P.O.R. No.1/20 on 23.06.2015. It is the case of the petitioner that the said vehicle was not produced before the competent Court or released to him till now. The petitioner is willing to furnish appropriate security for release of the vehicle.

In the circumstances, the fourth respondent is directed to produce the vehicle before the competent Court pursuant to P.O.R. No.1/20 within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The petitioner is given liberty to file an appropriate application for release of vehicle before the competent Court which shall consider as and when such application is filed. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs. _______________________________ A.
