Sri Ambadipudi Satyanarayana, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, since he got instructions that the wife of the petitioner already operated the locker.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him as per law. No costs.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
